All information, strategies, and guidance shared through our services are for educational and strategic planning purposes only. Clients are responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult with licensed professionals as needed.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Genesis Financial does not guarantee the approval of funding, award of grants, or securing of government or corporate contracts. Outcomes are influenced by third-party institutions, application competitiveness, and client-provided materials. We are committed to providing high-level strategy, support, and positioning — but cannot promise results.
3. Non-Refundable Fees & Success-Based Compensation
All consulting, strategy, and preparation fees are non-refundable. Payment is due prior to the commencement of services. For grant and contract support services, Genesis Financial may charge a flat preparation fee plus a percentage of any awarded funds or contracts. The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the net proceeds (after taxes or COGS, as applicable), payable within 14 days of client receipt of funds.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information. Genesis Financial is not responsible for delays, errors, or negative outcomes resulting from false or incomplete submissions. Client cooperation is essential for successful service delivery.
5. Confidentiality
All client information shared with Genesis Financial is treated as confidential. We do not share client data with third parties unless required by law or with written consent. Internal discussions and document preparation will remain secure and private.
6. Capital Matchmaking Services
Genesis Financial does not serve as a direct lender, loan broker, or financial institution. We facilitate introductions to third-party lenders and assist with the funding process. All financing agreements are solely between the client and lender. We are not responsible for lender terms or funding decisions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of Collin County, Texas.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. If terminated, any services rendered up to the point of termination remain billable. Success-based fees still apply if results are realized after termination.
9. Updates to Terms
Genesis Financial reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
